| A team of six had become quite dysfunctional.
One individual had closed off all communication and involvement with the
rest. Two others had a serious and long-standing conflict between them. Our facilitator elicited each team members individual model for operating at their best, and then a joint metaphor for the team that acknowledged all members and allowed them to operate at their full potential. As a result, they were able to non-judgementally identify their current issues, recognise their strengths and to consider how their team could evolve to work more successfully for all concerned. The long-standing conflict was resolved and the non-communicative member realised that she was in the wrong working environment for her. |
