A director was feeling overwhelmed by the looming deadline of a key project which was crucial to the survival of the division. After being facilitated by Amicas, he was able to redefine each piece of work, leading to the deadline, as a manageable project in its own right. Over a short space of time, the director changed his attitude to the achievability of the overall project, had determined what resources he had within the team and those he would need to acquire, and the key measures that would let him and the team know that each mini project had been successfully completed.
