| Improving work-life
balance A senior leader in an international manufacturing business was under considerable pressure. He was closing down an operation he had been managing, whilst at the same time taking on a challenging new role within the organisation. He was also dealing with some major issues in his personal life. Through some intensive one-on-one coaching he changed his perspectives and as a result worked out his priorities. He improved his work-life balance and reduced his stress. Yet at the same time he still performed exceptionally well within the organisation, where he continued to be recognised as a high achiever. |
