A Chair was finding it stressful to undertake his PR role at large functions where he had to meet many people he didn’t know. Following coaching with Amicas, he was able to identify how he was creating his stress, change his self image and produce some strategies which helped him to relax at large functions and enjoy meeting new people who could assist his organisation deliver its objectives.
